The new Help on the Web feature in Microsoft Office 2000 connects your users to information about Office 2000 on the Microsoft Office Update Web site. You can disable Help on the Web or customize it to point to a site on your intranet. You can also use Help on the Web to collect user feedback to improve your custom Answer Wizard files and Help topics.
