Microsoft Office Resource Kit for Office 97/98

The Microsoft Office 2000 Resource Kit includes the complete contents of the Resource Kit for Office 97 for Windows and Office 98 for the Macintosh, in case you need to refer back to earlier information or tools.

In some cases, the previous Office Resource Kit contains information no longer covered in the Office 2000 Resource Kit. In particular, procedures for converting files from earlier versions of certain applications are no longer included in the current version. If you are looking for information about working with older products, and you don’t find it in the Office 2000 Resource Kit, check the Resource Kit for Office 97/98. The conversion information included still applies to the Office 2000 products.

The Office Resource Kit for Office 97/98 can be found in the \PFiles\ORKTools\ORK97folder on the Office Resource Kit CD-ROM.
